"The real problem is not whether machines think, it's whether people do"
I read this thought provoking line in TOI recently and realized how powerful each of these words are...
We are often caught in this conspiracy of the million problems like how to learn more, earn more , travel more, invest more and so many more in our lives... We miss out on thinking about the real problem which is "inner perspective" and polish our existing skills along with enhancing new ones.
The great Swami Rama says in his amazing book "The joy of living" that "You can reach great heights and unlock wonders if you can understand who you are as a person and work towards making yourself better . Remember the path of self discovery can be led only by YOU".
As a conscious effort towards the path of self discovery ,I took my first step by enrolling in yoga, meditation and Pranayam and have successfully completed my TTC(Teacher training course) to be a QUALIFIED YOGA TEACHER under the guidance of amazing gurus 🧘🏾♀️ at Sanskriti Yogashala
The best part of this sanskriti yogashala is creating a COMMUNITY 🫂of like minded folks who encourage each other in this journey of self discovery and enabling the tiny young ones to be part of this journey with their parents😁...
This journey has helped me identify who I am as an individual as well as identify my skills and polish them while I work on enhancing new ones.
There is so much to learn and explore in the path of self awareness which I am getting to know each day to be a better version of myself rather than comparing myself with someone😇...
THE JOURNEY HAS JUST BEGAN...
